- Angkor Flowers & Crafts reserves the right to change the price at anytime without notice
- Listed price is the price including tax and no further additional payment to be paid by the customer and this exclude the delivery fee.
- Angkor Flowers & Crafts has a couple online stores including Ebay, Goodspenders,. Listed products and prices may be slightly different from each store.
- We offer fast and affordable shipping cost AUSTRALIA WIDE. Next day service for the Sydney region and 1 – 3 days to Melbourne and Brisbane provide with track number.
- We offer flat rate as little as $10 per product to the one location in Sydney region and $16.95 other regions.
- We reserve the right to change the delivery fee at anytime without notice.
- Fresh Flowers are shipped to Sydney metropolitan only at this stage. Others are shipped Nation-Wide. No track number for Fresh Flowers Delivery.
- We try our best to offer the best services as we can and deliver your items on your requested date. However, we have no responsibility for the delay of the delivery time that occurs by courier services (Third party). Placing order at your earliest time is the best solution to assure that your order will be delivered on time.
- We use Australia Post and other courier services to deliver your orders Nationwide, provided with track number.
- You may be able to request the delivery products at within time frame (between 7am to 7pm) and we will try our best to satisfy you. However, we have no responsibility to deliver on an exact time. We do require the notification for at least 24h, in Sydney region only.
Placing an order
- Order Online– Placing an order on our website or any our online store is convenience, safe and secure payment. Our website is built with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), standard security of E-commerce, protect buyers’ personal and credit card information and secure payment through Paypal. The process is straight forward by following our steps to checkout and pay. As soon as we have received your order online, we will organise your order, pack and send within 24h. Should we have any issue in completing your order we will contact or notify you as soon as possible.
- Custom –Made Order – Order though phone or enquiry
Should you wish to place a custom-made order, including for wedding, special events or bulk order, we require 20% deposit of the total value of your order when placing an order. The remaining 80% will require 7 to 14 days prior the date the order to be completed.
Exchange and refund policy
- We select and pack your order carefully and hope you are pleased with our products. In case our product is faulty, does not match to the description, we are happy to repair, replace, exchange or refund if we could not replace for all type or products (Fresh Flowers, Hampers, Artificial Flowers and Gifts and Crafts). Our policy is as the following:
- Refund only cost of goods (not include delivery fee) and
- Required to notify us to email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24h after receiving your items.
- Require reasonable evidence of faulty product such as photos or actual faulty products and a copy of receipt to process your claim including to repair, exchange or refund.
- Please choose the product carefully as we do not exchange or refund for changing mind for Fresh Floral Arrangements/products, and Hamper Products after you have bought or it has been taken from our responsibility or nor when the item has been made for your order.
- We are happy to offer exchange of Artificial Flowers and Crafts And Decoration Products, should you wish to change your mind. It is required:
- Notify us within 48h after receiving items
- Items must not have been used or damaged, must be in their original packaging, sealed condition and must be in a fully resalable condition.
- If we find that the items have not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the items.
- After we acknowledged your claim, the items must be returned to us within 5 business days.
- We require a copy of the receipt to process the claim.
- Customers will responsible on all shipping cost.
- We do not offer exchange for items on sales.
- Custom-Made Order
- Should you change your mind of custom-made order including for wedding, special events or bulk floral and craft order, we are happy to exchange the order within 7 days of the order to be completed. There will be penalty fee of 50% of total value of the order.
- The penalty fee could increase from 50% or more in case we have completed your order or subject to our agreement.
Substitution and unavailable products
- In case the product you have ordered is not available partially or totally, we will substitute with the similar quality and feature of the product you have ordered.
- If it is just a minor different we reserve the right not to inform you about the substitution.
- If there is major different in term of shape and appearance and the quality of the product, we will contact you to ask your decision.
- In some case, the additional gifts including teddy bear, balloon and chocolate may be available in different design, slightly different from the display picture. We will select the similar size and quality for you if the product that you have ordered is not available or out of season. We may not require to inform you about this substitution.
- If you wish to select any particular size or colour of the additional gifts, please send a note to request for it and we will try our best to find your preferred product for you.
Flower arrangements- Fresh and artificial flowers
- We may replace filling/baby flowers or leaves, which may different from the arrangement in the picture, if the products are not available or out of season. We will maintain the main flowers (ex. Rose, lily, daisy..) and shape of the flower the same. We may not require to inform you about this substitution, unless specific order/note has been made.
We accept secure payment through Paypal, debit /credit card and bank deposit. Please note, order will be processed and dispatched upon the full payment has been received.
We are an online store where you can shop 24/7.
